Happy Friday Ladies! Our first week open is winding down! I’m so proud of the work everyone has put in so far. We’re going to do great things here. Eating the right food before you exercise is sooooo important. It fuels your body and will increase your stamina. If you exercise on an empty stomach, you can become light-headed, dizzy and nauseated. I found this article from SpoonUniversity.com which simplifies what to eat before and after exercising. It details the importance of getting carbs and proteins while limiting fat. It also talks about how to eat when your exercise early in the morning for my 5:15AM girls!
