Happy Friday Ladies!Through some of my leisurely reading, I came across a rock-solid article from InBody which discusses the 10 Most Common Factors that Sabotage Fitness Goals.Read. Every. Word. Of. This. Article. I agree with EVERYTHING they say!They touch on:-Lack of Consistency-Time Management-Expecting Instant Results-SMART Goals-SleepIf I could have my members read ONE article this year, it would be this one.
